Partnership Development

In order to carry on our ministry in West Africa, we need a strong group of partners who will keep us in their prayers and provide financial support. To raise up those partners we will be spending most of 2006 traveling around the United States speaking to people about our ministry and the vision that we have for it.

Schedule

We have setup a schedule online so that you will know if we are in your area. If we are not already scheduled to speak at your church, please talk to your pastor or bible study coordinator and let us know what might work for your group. Sundays fill up quickly, and therefore we are always happy to speak during the week to small groups, bible studies and school chapels. Take a look at our broad schedule and our speaking calendar.

Materials

When we speak to a group, we will bring along a display to setup and brochures and pamphlets to give additional background about our ministry and the work of Lutheran Bible Translators. However, it is always helpful, especially during a service, to have information about us in the bulletin. It is also good to let people know ahead of time that we are coming. That is why we have setup a selection of resources that you can access now to print ahead of time. Those are available here.

Support

For us to be able to accomplish the work that we have been called to, there are two vital areas of support that we need. The first is prayer support. Please sign up for our newsletter so we can keep you abreast of what is happening in our lives so you know what to pray for.

We also need financial support. There are two opportunities for giving. The first is by supporting our regular and continuing needs. The second is by helping to fund special projects.
